Reducing dependence on imports and providing low cost energy, in support of the U.S. stabilization strategy. Introduced and managed a data transfer technology. Identified internal and external barriers and constraints to assist with independent decisions.

  • Conducted a technical evaluation of Soviet era well and drill data for known oil resources in Northern Afghanistan.

  • Contributed to the design of a modern seismic survey in Afghanistan, increasing resource estimates by 50%.

Member of a team responsible for the successful rehabilitation and establishment of damaged wetlands collaboration with environmental engineers. Engaged as a ski patrolman during the winter months conducting avalanche control, administering on mountain first aid, and assisting in the daily mountain operations. 

  • Identified, evaluated, and analyzed critical and strategic priorities for wetland restoration and re-vegetation.

  • Participated in the development of action plans for the execution of wetland restoration re-vegetation efforts. 

  • Reconstructed wetlands to standards established by the Environmental Protection Agency.
